What the guild
is for

Ask anything
We pool what we know Heat loss. Sizing. Flow temperatures. Commissioning. Balancing. Nobody has all of it. So we put what each of us knows in one place, and everybody takes from it.
Bring a brew
We open the door to people Access to the people who have already done the thing you are about to do. Workshops, site days, evenings in a room with a whiteboard and a brew. Bring the job that beat you.
Charge properly
We share the tools The calculators, checklists and quote templates people build for themselves and never pass on. Pricing, quoting, getting paid. Here it gets passed on.

Eligibility

  • You are an apprentice in your second week.

None of that tells you whether somebody can size a system properly. Getting better does, so that is where the time goes.

The terms

You will get better here. The best engineer in the room is still the one answering the questions.

Everyone starts somewhere, and everyone moves. The apprentice this year teaches somebody next year.

There are no daft questions. There are systems in the ground running at 70 degrees because somebody was too embarrassed to ask one.
